Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

How do I track my FOcUS order?

Check the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been fulfilled. That email will include your tracking information when available.

I did not receive tracking.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still need help, contact FOcUS support with your full name, order number, and email used at checkout.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

FOcUS products are fulfilled through our vendor partner, so orders may require processing time before shipping. Tracking appears after fulfillment is complete.
