FOcUS reviews return and exchange requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, or fulfillment-error items.


To request help, contact us at support@knightonfocus.com within 7 days of delivery.


Please include:


• Full name
• Order number
• Email used at checkout
• Photos of the item and issue, if applicable


Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to be considered.


Size exchanges may be limited because FOcUS products are fulfilled through our vendor partner. Please review the Size Guide before placing an order.


Bundle orders are sold by Set Size. The selected Set Size applies to every item included in the bundle. Mixed sizing is not available for bundles at launch.


For custom sizing across different pieces, please purchase items individually.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a FOcUS or fulfillment error.
